How BIROQ Service Alliance Works – A Step-by-Step Guide for Service Providers and Contractors
If you are a contractor or service provider considering joining the BIROQ Service Alliance network, understanding exactly how the process works is a reasonable place to start. This page walks you through the full service delivery cycle from the moment a customer contacts us to the moment a job is marked complete.
The model is straightforward. BIROQ Service Alliance acts as the primary point of contact between customers and qualified service providers. As a partner, your responsibility is to fulfill service requests that have been sourced, coordinated, and routed to you through our system.
Here is how that process works, step by step.

Step 1: The Customer Contacts BIROQ Service Alliance
All service requests come through BIROQ Service Alliance directly. Customers reach out by phone, email, or through one of our local service websites. When a request comes in, our team collects the following:
- The customer’s name and contact number
- Their location or service address
- The type of service they need
You are not responsible for managing this intake process. All initial communication with the customer is handled by our team.
Step 2: We Evaluate the Request and Contact You
Once a service request is received, our team reviews it and reaches out to the appropriate partner based on location, availability, and service category. At this stage, we share the job details with you and ask for an estimate or quote.
Your pricing should reflect the service type, the location, and any relevant factors specific to the job. We communicate your estimate to the customer before any commitment is made on either side.
The service provider does not contact the customer directly at this stage.
Step 3: Customer Approval and Dispatch Authorization
After the customer reviews and approves the quoted estimate, BIROQ Service Alliance authorizes dispatch and notifies you to proceed to the location. You will not be sent to any job without prior customer approval of your estimate.
Payment terms and methods are confirmed at this stage. Accepted payment methods include:
- Zelle
- CashApp
- Venmo
- PayPal
- ACH or bank transfer
- Debit or credit card
Step 4: Arrival and Service Execution
When you arrive at the customer’s location, verify the service details and carry out the work as agreed. As a BIROQ Service Alliance partner, you represent our network and are expected to conduct yourself professionally throughout the job.
If you arrive and find that the scope of work has changed or that additional services are needed, do not proceed with additional work without first notifying BIROQ Service Alliance. We will communicate the updated cost to the customer and obtain approval before you continue.
Step 5: Completion and Reporting
Once the job is complete, notify BIROQ Service Alliance so we can confirm completion with the customer and close the service request. If any issues came up during the job, or if the final cost differed from the original estimate, report those details to our team immediately.
We handle all follow-up communication with the customer on your behalf.
Pricing and Estimates
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates when requested. Quotes should be based on the information available at the time of the request. If conditions on-site require a change in scope or cost, you must inform BIROQ Service Alliance before proceeding with any additional work.
We will relay that information to the customer and obtain approval when possible.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels before you have been dispatched, no action is required on your part.
If a cancellation happens after you have already been dispatched and are en route or on-site, notify BIROQ Service Alliance immediately. In those cases, a cancellation fee may apply to the customer, and applicable costs may be considered in your compensation depending on the circumstances.
Your Responsibilities as a Service Partner
To remain in good standing with BIROQ Service Alliance, all service providers and contractors are expected to meet the following standards:
- Be responsive to calls and messages from our team, particularly when a job is being coordinated or dispatched
- Be able to serve the market area you are registered for and arrive within a reasonable timeframe
- Conduct yourself professionally with customers at all times
- Hold any required licenses or insurance applicable to your trade or service category
- Notify our team immediately if you are unable to fulfill a request or if any issues arise during a job
Client Communication Policy
All correspondence with the customer is handled exclusively by BIROQ Service Alliance. You are not expected to manage billing disputes, refund requests, or complaint resolution directly with the customer.
If a customer contacts you directly regarding pricing, refunds, or complaints, direct them to BIROQ Service Alliance at (202) 929-0560. This policy protects both you and the customer and ensures a consistent, professional experience across our network.
Why This Model Works for Contractors
Service businesses that join the BIROQ Service Alliance network consistently report the same benefit: more time spent on service delivery and less time spent on customer acquisition, intake management, and communication logistics.
By handling the front end of the customer experience, we allow you to focus on your craft. You show up, complete the job, and we take care of the rest.
This model also creates a natural quality standard. Partners who are responsive, professional, and reliable receive more opportunities. Partners who fall short of expectations are addressed by our team before the issue affects customers or the network.
The structure benefits everyone in the system.
